Mahindra Lifespace Developers has finalized plans to construct a residential apartment project across a 10.05-acre land parcel located in North Bengaluru. The development is projected to generate a gross development value of Rs 1,250 crore and will supply roughly one million square feet of residential housing space.

The property sits approximately eight kilometres away from the local airport, positioning it within a growing suburban corridor. Company management intends to officially launch the housing project within the upcoming nine months, expanding their local portfolio to a total of three properties in the region.
